I like Real Grade Gundams, which come with zillions of tiny sticker decals, each roughly the size of a fruit fly. Placing all these stickers is impossible using only your bare hands - not only are they difficult to pry off the sheet one at a time, the oil on your hands keeps them from sticking! :O I've found that it's much easier to peel & place these teeny decals using the pointy tip of an X-Acto knife. X-Acto knives are broad, flat, and sharp, which makes them easier for me to use than tweezers. I just wedge the sharp blade under the edge of a sticker until it attaches to the knife, then gently peel it off the sheet. Then I place the free

My Grandma Bobbie recommends using contact paper to keep fabric from stretching when you trace & cut out a pattern. This works really well, especially on stretchy knit fabrics. The contact paper pulls off pretty easily, and you can draw/trace the pattern right on it without staining the fabric. Here, I am working on my Halloween costume with my dad (taking the picture).

My sewing machine just destroyed this pin with extreme prejudice and then swallowed it whole. I fished it out of my sewing machine's innards armed only with my phone's LED and a pair of tweezers. Strangely, the needle was undamaged.
